I worked as his bookkeeper for many of these years. We engaged Alexis Sollenberger as our real estate agent in May, 2023, in Tampa, FL. We closed and moved to SC, on 6/14/23. She not only sold our home in record time, five days, but she arbitrated between two of the final four participants, to acquire the seller a sale higher than asking price with the understanding that if the appraisal should come in low, the purchaser would come to closing with cash, part of the final contract. In all our years in real estate, we can safely say no real real estate agent has ever accomplished such a feat. We recommended her to a neighbor with the same result. The results speak volumes.

Alexis is fabulous.
She is better than fabulous. She went over and above for us. We were moving to Fl from Atl and had one weekend to be in Tampa and find a house. Alexis put together a full days worth of house for us to look at. We met her at 10:00 a.m. and by 10:00 p.m. we were under contract on our beautiful Fl home with an amazing pool. She went to bat for us and we were able to get the home at a great price with lots of extras added. She will be not only our realtor for life but our friend as well.
